September is one of my favourite months. I love the quiet after the tourist season, the golden light and leaves turning orange and red. It is wonderful to be living so close to the countryside again where the change of the seasons is so much more obvious.
This week it has been glorious to get outside and we have done a couple of lovely coastal walks. On Saturday evening we bought fish and chips from a village van and sat and ate them overlooking the sea, and then walked along the coast to watch the sun-set. We saw seals hauled up on the beach, Choughs and even some rare iridescent clouds.
36/52 This week you enjoyed trying fish and chips for the first time, and picking wild blackberries for pudding.
