Puddle Jumping

At the start of this week we made the most of a sunny afternoon and took Ivy to feed the ducks and she loved it! She spent the whole time eating the bread that was meant for the birds, saying “duck!” over and over again and splashing through muddy puddles.

One of my favourite things about being a parent is seeing Ivy do things for the very first time. The innocence and excitement of a child can bring joy to even the most mundane of daily tasks. Even though she’s had her welly boots for a few weeks this was the first time she’s really sploshed through any water. I love having my camera ready to capture all these milestones!

9/52 This week has been quite quiet as it’s half term and none of the normal groups are on. We enjoyed going for a walk one of the days and you splashed in muddy puddles for the first time!
