DIY Christmas Gift Ideas

Someone just told me that there are thirty four days until Christmas and it made me remember that I am being very disorganised about buying presents and I don’t have a clue what I’m going to get people.

It also reminded me that I should do a round-up of some of the DIY Gifts that we have covered on this blog over the year just in-case anyone else it is in a similar position to me and needs some ideas for cheap but thoughtful Christmas gifts for their loved ones.

This is so simple to put together but makes a fabulous gift…and the cookie recipe is ammmazing! Find the details here.

This takes a bit of effort but looks great and will make a cherished keep-sake. You could also do the same on fabric and frame it. Find the details here.

This was one of my favourite gifts from last year; personalised Guess Who. It’s a great way for kids to get to know members of their family and the questions you can ask are pretty funny too! Find the details here.

This was a great idea from my sister-in-law. A homemade board book to teach your baby the names of members of your family. Find the details here.

A personalised cross stitch is a great gift and keep sake for anyone, especially a child. Find the details here.

6. Hand-made head bands

These head bands are ridiculously easy to make and are perfect for children and adults alike. You could also easily adapt it for a hair clip. Find the details here.

I hope you enjoyed all these DIY Gifts. If you have any more of your own please share them as I am always keen for ideas!

  1. I love the E pillow! I have a daughter whose name starts with E, too. I'm saving this idea to make next year when I can get started early with collecting the buttons.

  3. I love these ideas. I'm so not craft though. My projects never turn out as well as the picture. I did think ahead and make homemade vanilla extract this year. It's pretty hard to mess that up, lol!

Thanks for sharing at Babies and Beyond.
